SHIPPING & RETURNS

General Information

• As a customer, it is your responsibility to double-check that the delivery address you provide at checkout is accurate. Packages that are returned to Kingdom Rose as undeliverable may be charged a re-dispatch fee and sent out again by regular mail. The original dispatch's freight expenses are not refundable.

• If Kingdom Rose is unable to furnish all items for an order, according to the conditions of any order, you will be notified and the remaining items will be despatched.

• Before completing your payment, you will be able to view the freight prices throughout the checkout process.

• You must pay the delivery fee (or any other price that Kingdom Rose may specify) to Kingdom Rose for each order, if requested by Kingdom Rose.

• Kingdom Rose will use reasonable care to pack each item properly, according to its return policy, but it will not be held liable or responsible for any damaged goods or orders that are missing or lost in transit.

• Subject to payment and the property and risk in the goods passing to the customer upon delivery to the customer's selected delivery location, Kingdom Rose shall be entitled to assume that anyone at the customer's designated delivery address who receives the products is authorised to receive them.

• Depending on the nature of the ordered products, Kingdom Rose will set up delivery by a courier or Australia Post.

• Kingdom Rose will make every effort to deliver the items to your designated delivery address within the time frame given when you place your purchase, but Kingdom Rose is not responsible for any losses you (our customer) or anyone else may experience as a result of a delay.

• While Kingdom Rose makes every effort to execute orders the following business day, please allow up to 3 days for processing and shipping. Please be aware that there can be a delay in the date of processing and despatch for your order due to the high amount of orders received during popular promotional seasons. We are making every effort to process your order quickly and deliver it to you.

• The delivery dates are simply approximations. Kingdom Rose will make every effort to assure delivery on the scheduled dates, however this may not always be achievable due to things like holidays and busy delivery periods. Please be aware that despite the fact that Australia Post offers a dependable nationwide service, delivery delays might happen for a number of different reasons. Please contact your local post office to query about your missing package if you are facing a longer than usual delay.

• Remote delivery may experience significant delays and are subject to local transportation schedules. Please be aware that all courier networks have restrictions, and some remote delivery destinations cannot be served door-to-door. In such circumstances, the couriers will leave the package at a nearby depot or Australia Post office, and you will be notified to pick up the package. Normal shipping schedules do not apply to some remote regions because boats are the only way to reach islands, for example.

• If Kingdom Rose is unable to supply the products in an order, it reserves the right to refuse to accept the order or, after accepting it, to cancel it.

• The delivery business is required to conduct an investigation into any damaged or lost orders. Before we move forward with our search for the location of the package, we must wait for the courier service to finish their investigation, which might take up to 10 working days.
